About RMS Recruiting Portal Configuration

The RMS Recruiting Portal can be configured to automatically copy candidate contact information from the candidate's profile to the Interview Scheduling application. When a candidate is selected to begin the interview process, they are moved into a workflow folder in the Recruiting Portal that is associated with an interview trigger. Depending on the trigger associated with the workflow folder, candidate's information is sent to the Interview Scheduling Message Center and / or an email invitation is delivered to the candidate in order to select an available interview time slot.

Once the interview process is complete, the candidates interview status is updated in Interview Scheduling. The recruiter can then view the candidates' interview statuses, review any interview associated forms, and disposition the candidate by moving them into the correct RMS Recruiting Portal workflow folder(s).

  1. Note: Users must manually update the candidate status in RMS upon completion of the interview process. At this time, there is no automatic workflow update associated directly with the interview status update.
