The Interview History panel allows users with the required RMS permissions to view a summary of a candidate's interview history on the Candidate Profile page.
Links on the Interview History panel are available to Recruiting Portal users who have access to the Interview Scheduling application and the appropriate interview visibility. Use these links to view detailed information about a candidate interview in the Interview Scheduling application.
To view the Interview History Panel in the recruiting portal:
In the Recruiting Portal, go to the requisition to which the candidate applied.
Expand the workflow folders and click on the candidate record.
In the Profile tab, navigate or scroll to the Interview History panel. The following information is displayed on the panel:
Interview: This is the interview name. If the candidate has a status of Pending Invitation or Did Not Invite, the interview name is not displayed. Click the interview name to open Interview Scheduling and view detailed interview information.
Interviewers: Lists the assigned interviewer(s). If more than one interviewer is assigned, an ellipsis (...) follows the first interviewer's name.
Status: Displays the candidate's interview status.
Req: Displays the requisition ID associated with the candidate on the interview.
Date: Displays the interview start date and time. If the candidate has not been invited to an interview or did not select a time slot, a date is not displayed.
Forms: Lists forms that have been completed by interviewers and uploaded in Interview Scheduling. Users with matching visibility to the interview can click a form name to view the form contents.
