Click the arrow to expand this category in the Message Center for a list of candidates who have declined an invitation to an interview.
The blue number indicates the total number of entries in the category.
The red number indicates the number of entries that were recently added to the category. The time period considered to be 'recent' as indicated by the red entries was specified by your Interview Scheduling system administrator.
To review declined invitations:
Go to Message Center > Invitations Declined.
Click the arrow next to Invitations Declined. The list of candidates who have declined interviews is displayed. Candidates are displayed only for those interviews to which you have permission to view.
Click the name of the candidate. Candidate and interview invitation information is displayed in a new window.
Click OK to close the window and return to the Message Center.
