Interviews with a low number of available interview time slots are displayed in the Check Time Slots list in the Message Center.
The blue number indicates the total number of entries in the category.
The red number indicates the number of entries that were recently added to the category. The time period considered to be 'recent' as indicated by the red entries was specified by your Interview Scheduling system administrator.
To view interview time slots:
Go to Message Center > Check Time Slots.
Click the arrow next to Time Slots. A list of interviews is displayed. Only those interviews to which you have permission to view are displayed.
Click the name of the interview. Interview time slot information is displayed in a new window.
Total Interview Slots: The total count of all past and future time slot capacities.
Full Interview Slots: The total count of all time slots with matching candidates who have a status of Accepted, Completed, or No Show.
Available Interview Slots: The total number of all future time slots with no matching candidates, or with matching candidates who have a status of Cancelled or Declined.
Click the interview name link to view or edit detailed interview information.
Click OK to close the window and return to the Message Center.
